The self-disappointment that sometimes accompanies running a business can create chaos in our personal lives. Making mistakes is a part of learning and God can and will help us accomplish the plans He has for us.
How many times in our lives have we not heeded God’s warnings and continued on to suffer major consequences? My life is littered with poor choices that He has turned around for good and they became part of my testimony. After many years as a Christian, today at last I began to accept that God does love me. It finally started to go past my head knowledge and sink a little deeper into my heart. I have been praying for this acceptance for a long time. At first, I didn’t even think I was worthy to receive the love of God.
Our protection and help do not come from objects or people. Our hope is in him, not things. I don’t know what the future holds with my health. But I know that I serve a good God. A God that has me here for a purpose.
